time change in reservation edit is ignored when the user selects another appointment after the change #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Edit a reservation with two appointments

1.       Click on the first

2.       Click on start time and change the minutes

3.       Click on the second 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the minute change should not be ignored but is.
