Feature Description

I tried to change the language in the html base file, but I ran into an encoding problem, although I specified utf-8. It would be cool to change the text from the description, welcome to the name of the channel in the languages of other countries https://i.imgur.com/jxzUyXx.png

@OskarYandex Sorry for the delay. What characters are you trying to post? UTF-8 should support Cyrillic
