\tableofcontents error #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when compile thesis_simple.tex

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This error:
 "! LaTeX Error: Command \tableofcontents already defined."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
utmthesis 2.6
Windows XP SP2

Sorry for the late response, the notification was disabled.

Thanks for the bug report, but unfortunately I cant reproduce your issue.

Can you please give more details? Are you using the correct tex file?

Hi

when I compile thesis_simple.tex (in version 2.6)  i have This error:
 "! LaTeX Error: Command \tableofcontents already defined."
Could you please help me How I can solve it?

Hi guys,

This is not a bug. This is an issue with latest version of Miktex, which has 
incomplete packages. Will suggest a solution soon, for now use the online 
installer to install Miktex instead of the offline one.
