tocvsec2 throw error in Lyx, can't produce output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add .layout to ~/.lyx/layouts/
2. reconfigure Lyx
3. set document as utmthesis
3. view output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PDF output is expected. errors instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arch Linux x86_64 , Lyx 2.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.

i remove the line 

\RequirePackage{tocvsec2} 

in the utmclass. everything works. output looks nice. but idk about the 
compability. maybe latest version of tocvsec2 have the bug..

Hi, I have tried the latest updated LyX on Ubuntu 12.04 and TeXlive, I cannot 
reproduce your problem. The latest tocvsec2 package works fine.

Try installing the TeX Live: LaTeX supplementary packages (texlive-extra), the 
tocvsec2 package is in there.

This is issue is solved, new version of utmthesis will require less packages, 
and will include tocvsec2 and other dependencies just in case.
