Extend Jenkins CASC Plugin to Fully Support GitHub Pull Request Builder Plugin #61

Unfortunately the CASC plugin has a bug where it doesn't set the credentials properly.

It shouldn't be too hard for someone who is proficient with Java to fix this and submit a PR to them.
