Distribute under the MIT license #30

Hi! I hope you'll considering re-licensing this project.

MIT is the most commonly used license in the Ruby community. The Ruby license is not recognised by the Open Source Initiative as an open-source license because it is so obscure. Licensing as MIT makes your users lives easier in ensuring their license compliance; it's likely they have many other MIT-licensed dependencies and 0 other Ruby-licensed dependencies.

Thank you very much for your suggestion! I was thinking about changing the license of the xml-simple gem for a long time, but never found the time to actually do it. I've happily merged your pull request.

I think I'll change the version to 1.1.6 and update the package on rubygems.org as well.
