Add support for TYPO3 v13.

Package "clue/phar-composer" had to be removed due to incompatible symfony dependency. The phar-archived libraries might have to be included as normal composer dependencies now.

Let's use a fork until my PR is merged. This way, we can update the shipped dependencies.
