3 months ago @brian320320 have you reached out to the support team at Mailchimp about your account having issues? This would probably be more related to the account vs. the plugin. Be glad to help though, so please make sure you tell them that the plugin team recommended to ask if there's something that needed to be fixed up on your account first and we can try to troubleshoot more as soon as we've gone that far with support.
