For level 143->144 it displays 75 FPs cost. There are some entries missing. Up to 142->143 it's correct, but then it should be:

These are the values for 1.9 I documented in my Excel document while I was leveling my Oracle to level 200. I provide some screenshots. In some levels there's no P4/P5, but as you can see in the last screenshot P4 stays at 143 FP and P5 at 29 FP.
The values for level 144->145 are the values of level 151->152 and so on.
