Move completed torrents to another specified dir #47

It's nice to have an 'incoming' and 'completed' dir as to know what is done without having to check the web ui

Can XD also specify download directory per torrent (optionally)? Like transmission suggests to select where to store downloaded files for each torrent.

Do you mean API? Probably, introduce a parameter to json-RPC request
