Proposal to integrate into Hugging Face Hub

Hi NLPAug Team! I wanted to propose a integration with the Hugging Face Hub.

This integration would allow you to freely download/upload augmenter models from/to the Hugging Face Hub: https://huggingface.co/.

We have existing integrations with other libraries (see table), and we're currently working in a guide explaining the process to achieve this.

Some of the benefits:

Free storing of models.
Git version control (commit history, diffs, branches, versioning, etc).
Easy for users to share their own augmenter models.
Repos provide useful metadata about their tasks, languages, etc, which is helpful for discoverability. Users can also search by library.
Anyone can play with your augmenters directly in the browser through widgets.
Hosted inference API .
