Ink layers cannot be persisted in human presets nor saved as separate presets #219

When writing a character preset, information about ink layers are not included. Further, there is no way so save separate presets with combinations of ink layers. This means you'll have to apply the make up each time you load the character, which is suboptimal.

There is now a "makeup" sub panel under manage presets. Remains to persist ink layer info with human presets.
