Feature 5d checksums

This patch includes:

• Significantly more reliable RepRap connection sequence
• RepRap 5D driver checksums + line numbers
• RepRap 5D driver bad line resends (on checksum error)
• Machines.xml axis endstop definitions

Looking forward to your hearing back from you on that Makerbot programming position, nudge nudge Cheers, Rob Gilson PS. you guys coming to the Ottawa Mini Makerfaire? I'm bringing my Deltabot/Mendel/Prusa/Cupcake [that list is starting to get way too long] and I think Clothbot's bringing the Thingomatic you guys sent him so there should be some interesting variety.

I wanted to take a look at this, but it looks like smth. is missing: You removed this file, apparently wanting to move it to another directory, but forgot to check in the new file: src/replicatorg/drivers/RepRap5DDriver.java

Could you take a look at it and update/resubmit the pull request?
