Pen up/down Jog Controls #208

Hideho, If you have ever had to abort a plot, you know that Pen up/down jog buttons would be handy. This adds those buttons. Each button has an input box for the up and down servo angles. The values are persistent, but they default to 40/30.

I'm a github newbie and my machine description commit is part of this. The second feature of this patch is a machine description file for the 1X2.
