"New project" should allow user to select (or download) Vaadin version #54

Reported by Artur Signell on 25 May 2009 12:01 UTC The current place in project properties where the Vaadin version is changed and/or new versions are downloaded is well hidden. If the same select would be on the new project page it would be much easier to see what version will be used and what versions are available.
