Build Pinwall #17

This ticket is the Epic for all the things that have to be done to get the pinwall working.

Bigger tasks will derive their own tickets.

TODO

  1. Create html file
  2. Create js-file corresponding to the html
  3. Build request scheme to get posts
  4. Create a PinwallController to handle requests for the Pinwall
  5. Develop a strategy to provide fixed positions and rotations from backend
  6. Implement a message driven update strategy
