junit's javadoc is now found at http://junit-team.github.com/junit/javadoc/latest/

Thx, github moved their gh-pages domain.

@selenareneephillips, this is fixed with #38, which is included in the just released foss-parent-1.3.11, you probably have to wait 4 hours before it is propagated to repo1.maven.org. In the meantime you may get this version from https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/net/oneandone/maven/poms/foss-parent/1.3.11/
