Description of Issue

All games crash when I try to use savestates

Expected Behavior

Saving without crashing

Reproduction Steps

Save states

Log File

mandarine_log.txt mandarine_log.txt.old.txt

System Configuration

CPU: snapdragon SM6375 GPU/Driver: system default RAM: 4gb OS: android 14

Update: it only crashes on vulkan API
