Bot hasn't updated sclauncher #1142

Details

As @jstrosch mentioned in https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/issues/181#issuecomment-2241176682, sclauncher has a new release and our bot does not seem to update it. Investigate why and improve update logs.
