Let's report in the default mode for each CDR3

the average length of overlap for particular CDR3
flag if the CDR3 was assembled from 2 reads or one read also say mix in case both if thrue for a particular CDR3
average overlap with V gene - sum of on the left and right
average overlap with J gene - the sum on the left and right
relative abundance
