We need to think a better place where we can put the QR Code scan of the localisation

I think the menu is a good place. Found my self looking for it there first when testing it out at the event.

Other options could be:

top right in the title bar, but then it will take some away some space from the current page title display.
a floating icon at the bottom right, but then it will overlap with clickable items in the content.

But I need to care about the if not mobile -> dont show
