Key files in web/js/ are missing. #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract the 0.3.2 release.
2. Install it.
3. Try to view it.

After making a fresh install the ui doesn't work at all, on a quick
inspection it looks like files inside web/js/ that are present inside of
the demo which are key to the operation of the system are completely
missing from the actual software.

Hi,

http://www.powerdns-gui.org/js/ext/application.pjs is generated dynamically. It 
is
not a static file in /js directory.

Please enable mod_rewrite in your Apache, and GUI will work.
