Multi Speaker Events in CFP Interface #12

As discussed in Issue #4 speakers are not able to create multi-speaker events?

Idea:

  1. Generate a random hash for a talk upon submission
  2. let speakers of this talk share the hash
  3. allow "add to existing event" via the shared secret
