remove unconfirmed events from public schedule #23

unconfirmed events, i.e. speaker hasn't responded to ticket yet, should not appear in the public schedule.

had to fix speaker list too (bfb0abd410cdc2da7cbb24eb0ff6597433784843)

But: Maybe this is intended behaviour, maybe the dynamic schedule should contain this information and only the schedule export (via rake frab:static_program_export) is intended for the public, i.e. lists confirmed events only?

Still, issue #34 persists.

Anyways, unconfirmed events have been removed and the public schedule is now (d1d6dff) not public by default.
