Ubuntu Natty Menu bar #934

I have Aurora installed on an Ubuntu Natty system. 
Is witched to gnome instead of unity and managed to have the menu bar attached 
to the program window instead of the top bar of the whole panel 
(Dual-Screen-Environment). (UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= in 
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/81ubuntumenuproxy)
All applications now have their menu bar attached to the program window now, 
except Arora, which still has it's menu on top of the whole gnome panel.

This is annoying on large dual screen environment, and I would like to change 
this.

Any hint how to do that?

No idea myself, other apps no doubt have the same problem and there are 
probably docs on this that can be used to fix it.  If you find it let us know 
and we can see about making a patch.
