Feature Description

We need to add a feature that allows users to provide feedback and rate the hospitals they have visited. This will enhance the app's usability by incorporating user-generated content (UGC), allowing future users to make informed decisions based on real experiences.

@mansiruhil13 I would love to work on this task, could you please assign this task to me?

Use Case

• [ ] Post-Visit Review: After using the hospital services or interacting with an ambulance driver, users should have the option to leave a review and rate their experience.
• [ ] Rating System: A simple 5-star rating system should be implemented where users can score hospitals based on factors like cleanliness, staff behavior, medical service quality, etc.
• [ ] Filter by Ratings: Users should also be able to filter and sort hospitals based on average ratings or the number of reviews.
• [ ] Display Reviews: Reviews should be displayed prominently on the hospital's detail page, allowing users to browse through them before making their choice.

Benefits

• [ ] Informed Decision-Making: Users can read experiences of others and choose the best hospital for their specific needs.
• [ ] Improved Transparency: Hospitals with higher ratings and better reviews will naturally attract more users, promoting competition and better services.
• [ ] Community Engagement: Engages the user base by giving them a voice and allowing them to contribute to the app’s content.
