Adding Navigation Bar on Nearby Hospitals Page and Fixing the Dark Mode Button

Feature Description

The Navigation bar is absent on the Nearby Hospitals page, even though it is present on all other pages. Also, the Dark Mode button is barely noticeable or visible as it is right now currently. I can fix it by creating a round button at the same place to make it more accessible and make it look better.

Use Case

The navigation bar is really useful to be able to return to other pages of the website, and gives a sense of completeness. The dark mode button upon improvement would be clearly visible to the users and hence they would be able to take benefit of the feature

Benefits

It will provide Navigation bar on the Nearby Hospitals page where it is currently missing, and would make the dark mode button more easily accessible.
