[x] Theme handling.
[x] Image/Video* in Tweets to be shown.
[ ] Toxicity detection in Image/Video/Audio.
[ ] Results page user details should be more detailed with verification tick(if available).
[x] Make tweets look more like Twitter feed.
[x] Bot protection.

Note: Video Preview will be implemented later on.

Tweets containing links were not working when clicked, I added a blue colour tint to links and made them work if tweets contain any url.

Basic bot protection was added but it won't help much, it will keep the site protected from some spams but need to implement custom bot protection in this site.
Videos aren't visible, thumbnail is visible though.
