Minor tidy up website #168

1) Rename the menu "About" to something meaningful as it contains 2 submenus "About us" and "Contact us". 2) Remove the submenu "Outreachy Applicants" from the main menu "Contributions" and move to the footer under "Useful Links" 3) Remove the link for "Contributions" from the footer under "Useful Links" 4) Rename submenu "Search Contributions" to "Search" under the main menu "Contributions" 5) Change the order of submenu of main menu "Contributions" like this: "Blog", "Challenge" and "Search". 6) Rename submenu "Regular" to "Member" under the main menu "Team". 7) Rename main menu "Team" to "Teams" 8) Rename main menu "Leaderboard" to "Leaderboards" 9) Remove submenu "FAQ" from the main menu "About" 10) Remove the submenu "Setting" as we don't need it now. 11) Submit button on contact.html page is buggy. 12) View Contributions page (view_contributions.html) layout is buggy.
