What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create an operational_config.xml using the OCT and enter an email address.

Create a map
Open the layout tool - the email address is not available. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? - The email address in the marginalia should be populated from the Op Config file.

The fix here is a bit different to the steps above. It is now incorporated into the Map Producer element on the map. The new solution is via discussion between GV/AS/MS.
