DataListSelectorPanel causes too many popups #9

As the user tries to identify the Data List (eg MXD or GDB etc) and then possibly override the automatic selection of the DNCL tables the panel produces lots of message boxes stating whether or not suitable/readable data lists and/or DNCL tables have been found. This needs to be less intrusive.

Various changes, including adding a status bar to replace the various pop-ups, make this a much less intrusive interface.
