Rebased onto master and removed node 4 from the travis builds as per https://github.com/mapbox/node-or-tools/pull/66

@danpaz NP. Any chance we can get a patch release for this?

@coderroggie yep working on a release. I'm not the usual maintainer of this project so need to figure out if I have the required permissions first. Will let you know.
