mapping_set_description needs to in quotes
the mapping_date needs to be a real date.. I chose 2021-12-31, but feel free to pick any.
object_id and object_label column names were swapped
priapism MP:0003415 Priapism HP:0200023 was missing a predicate
some redundant whitespace in metadata
