I fixed a bunch of stuff to migrate your SSSOM mapping files to the latest level. You should download it and take a look. Some things changed in the latest version of sssom (the HumanCurated is now something different, and match_type is now mapping_justification
, and the subject_source should be a CURIE now instead of a PURL (see in the header).
Also, importantly, dates must be ISO dates conforming to xsd:date: 2021-09-23
is the way to go.
The hardest thing to sort out in the long run is the header when you edit the file in excel. It always gets mangled. I think maybe its best to store the header file separately from the main mappings so you can edit the mapping sets easier? You let me know! The main problems are the "tab" symbols in the end of each row (probably because excel things the header is part of the table) - now I have deleted them. If you could edit the header in a text editor, that would be great.
