update jenkins to 2.7.1 + changes to seedjob.groovy scripts caused by job-dsl api updates #23

Hi Marcel,

like i said in the mail already. I am getting my feet wet with this :)

updates the jenkins install to 2.7.1
enables docker in docker (dind) in jenkins container (via exposed docker.sock)

... unfortunately i am not used to git(hub) so that you need to ignore the github-repo-URL-changes in the seedjob.groovy scripts. but please check out my changes before you take them in. for me they worked well
