How do I send DRAFT to the blog?

I apologize if this is not the right place to post this - I cannot find the
answer to my question.

After composing a post, I want to send it to the blog AS A DRAFT, but I
cannot find how to do this.  It is not clear what action will save the post
to my mobile device as a draft versus what will send the post to the blog
as a draft.

Select "draft" instead "publish" when editing the post.
After, send the post to the site. It will marked as draft and it will not be
displayed in your blog.

"Local draft posts" are created when you decide to save the post locally but 
not to
send it to the site when exiting from blog editing dialog. 
In this case, the state (draft or publish) has not affect but it will be 
preserved
when you send the post.

Moreover, I agree: words are confuse since they talk about different action 
with same
name:

- draft or publish for blog state
- draft for local storaging (with draft or publish for state)
- publish when leaving the blog editing
- publish from blog list 

If you have better suggestions for these situation I will be grad and I will 
consider
them.
