Language Selection Issue #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I used to see the WordMobi UI in English, but now I see it in another language, 
perhaps German. I have uninstalled and reinstalled pips, python, and wordmobi, 
all from the links on this site, each the newest versions. Is there way to 
force English language? My phone language is in English

Please provide any additional information below.

forced uninstall and reinstall through apps manager. got settings to clear and 
language to reset.

Strange ... I could not reproduce it.
You can delete the configuration file at:
c:\python\wordmobidir\wordmobi.e32dbm
c:\python\wordmobidir\persist.bin
all setup and posts not published will be lost.
