Docker installation

1. install docker on your machine: https://docs.docker.com/get-docker/
2. ask the back-end administrator to provide you the .env file containing the secrets and place the .env file in you preferred folder
3. from you preferred folder run: docker run --env-file ./.env ilciclaio/quaestio-be:latest
4. that's it
