Vicare needs automake > 1.10.1 #63

I tried running autogen.sh and it failed with a lot of automake errors. I upgraded to version 1.14.1 from version 1.10.1 and the errors went away. I don't know the precise version requirement, but I know that 1.10.1 is too old.

autogen.sh fails when autoconf is too old, so it would be nice if the same thing happened with automake.

Thanks for the report. I have added a requirement for Automake 1.14.
