Constantly displaying high frequency #346

Describe the bug

Even when nothing is playing the visualizer still shows a very high-pitched sound. I have tried restarting Rainmeter, I've tried refreshing the skin, changing the settings, and everything. It changes slightly if I change the settings, but it is always present in some capacity.

To Reproduce

I have no clue how to reproduce the issue.

Having the same issue but with Rainmeter version 4.3.1.3321 (64-bit) instead. Also running version 2.1.0 for the skin and using WebNowPlaying with Spotify.

i was having this same issue, but only with certain bar counts. i tested from 1 to 80ish bars and the issue only occurred for bar counts =2+4x (2, 6, 10, 14, etc.)

easy fix is just to use an odd number of bars
