'GMNN' is not found in the E2F4 data post parsing even though it ought to be.

Mouse pseudogenes (e.g. Gm2893) were being filtered with the pattern ('Gm.*'), which together with the ignore case flag, caused the removal of GMNN. The issue is fixed.
