added required hooks
updated CONTRIBUTING.md for documentation

@ClasherKasten I've not added add-trailing-comma as it was creating issues with other hooks.

@ClasherKasten just topping up as a reminder. Actually I've solved this for Hacktoberfest and since hacktoberfest is soon ending I would really appreciate if you can look it up. Apologies and Thanks in advance
