An extraneous doublequote in the generated meta content attribute #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply run the program with a simple sample javascript file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the content attribute of the meta tag to have only one closing
double quote. What I see instead is that the content attribute has a pair
of double-quotes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.0

This report appears to be identical to issue #228. Suggest you upgrade to the 
newest version to see if the 
problem still exists.
