Update Script to Compile for arm64 #5

Hello,

If this project could be updated for arm64, that'd be great! This would be good for iPhone 5S. I'd be willing to work on this, if someone could point me in the direction of what tweaks need to be made.

I've update the scripts structure. Will look into compiling for arm64 next.

Working in last commit. Also, the downloadable libraries from the ImageMagick FTP contain libraries for arm64 as well.
