Completing functionality #13

Thankfully only a few commits this time.

This implements channel logo support within XBMC for logo's present on the ForTheRecord server. And it implements Signal Quality support (on the PVR Stream Info screen) like SNR, etc. This only works with the new beta (post 1.6.0.1) of ForTheRecord, but the addon will determine the server version and change behaviour accordingly :-).

Compiles cleanly on Windows, Linux and OSX.
