@whaupt this makes sure that video starts with an i-frame even find_stream_info is used. your samle video start green on Windows because DXVA struggles as well in this case. This fixes it.

This indeed seems to fix my crashes.

Yup, that fixes the video playback again. Squashed and merged with ec9d11ba7db52cc94614676167bb8d3e6fd172fd
