As a user I can click the link for the tasks page so that I can view all my tasks on one page.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I view the navigation bar, then I have the option to see the tasks page
[ ] When I click on the link, then I am redirected to the tasks page
[ ] Then I can see all of my tasks on one page
