As a user I can create an event so that I can keep track of all my events in the app.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I view my events, then I have the option to create an event
[ ] When I click 'create event' then I am taken to a page to create a new one
[ ] When I click 'save event', then I am notified that the creation was successful
[ ] Then I am able to view that event in the events page and on the dashboard
