As a user I can receive email reminders for events so that I don’t have to always open the app to view these reminders.

[ ] When I create an event, then I am able to choose whether to send a reminder via email
[ ] Then I am able to receive email reminders for the event closer to it's start date

Although useful for the web version of the application, I think that this feature would become redundant if made into a mobile app in the future.
