As a user I can create a note so that I quickly type something rather than having to rely on pen and paper.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I view my notes, then I have the option to create a note
[ ] When I click 'create note' then I am taken to a page to create a new one
[ ] When I click 'save note', then I am notified that the creation was successful
[ ] Then I am able to view that note in the notes page and on the dashboard
